1. About this policy

This Cookie Policy explains how Brewcode Technologies Private Limited ("Brewcode", "we", "us" or "our"), registered at #198, CMH Road, 2nd Floor, Desk No. 269, Indiranagar, Bangalore, India – 560038, uses cookies and similar technologies on www.eminex.ai and in the Eminex app at app.eminex.ai (together, the "Service").

2. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. Websites and apps can also keep data in your browser's local storage and session storage, which work in a similar way. This policy covers all three.

3. Our website: essential storage

The website keeps these strictly necessary items:

• eminex_invite — remembers that you entered a valid invite code, so you are not asked again. Duration: 30 days.
• eminex_cookie_consent (local storage) — remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics cookies, so the popup doesn't ask again. Kept until you clear your browser storage.

4. Our website: analytics

On our marketing website (www.eminex.ai) — not in the Eminex app — we use two analytics tools to understand which pages people visit and how they use them. They load only if you press Accept in the cookie popup; until then, and if you press Reject, they are not loaded and set no cookies.

• Google Analytics 4 — counts visits, pages viewed and where visitors came from. Cookies: _ga and _ga_<id>, up to 2 years.
• Microsoft Clarity — shows how visitors click and scroll, through heatmaps and session recordings, with text you type masked. Cookies: _clck (1 year), _clsk (1 day), and Microsoft's CLID and MUID (up to 1 year).

5. No advertising tracking

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels or cross-site advertising tracking on our website or in the app. If this changes, we will update this policy first.

6. The Eminex app: sign-in

The app keeps you signed in without cookies. Your short-lived access token is held only in the page's memory and is never saved to your device.

• eminex.refresh_token (local storage) — lets the app sign you back in after a page reload. Valid for 7 days; removed when you sign out.

7. The Eminex app: preferences and progress

The app also stores these on your device, only to make it work the way you left it:

• eminex.active_brand — the brand you last worked on.
• eminex-theme — light or dark mode.
• eminex_tour_done, eminex.guides.done, eminex.setup-progress.collapsed — which tips, guides and setup steps you have finished or hidden.
• onboarding-wizard-state — your progress through onboarding, so you can pick up where you left off.
• ads-campaign-draft — an unfinished ad campaign, so it isn't lost if you close the page.
• signup_plan, signup_utm — the plan you chose and the campaign link you arrived from, kept until sign-up completes.
• conn-health-dismissed (session storage) — hides a connection warning you dismissed, until you close the tab.

8. Third-party services

Some steps use services that set their own cookies, governed by their own policies:

• Google (Firebase and reCAPTCHA) — when you verify your mobile number, to send the SMS code and protect against abuse.
• Stripe — on Stripe's secure checkout and billing pages, for payment security and fraud prevention.
• Google, social networks and ad platforms — on their own sign-in pages when you connect an account.

9. Security

Everything is sent over HTTPS. We never store passwords or payment card details in cookies or browser storage.

10. How to control cookies

You can view, block and delete cookies and site data in your browser settings (in Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge, look under Privacy). Blocking or clearing the app's storage signs you out and resets your preferences, and blocking everything will stop you signing in.

11. Opting out of website analytics

• Choose Cookie settings at the bottom of any page on our website and press Reject. Any analytics cookies already set are removed.
• Or block or delete the _ga, _ga_<id>, _clck and _clsk cookies in your browser — the website works normally without them.
• Install Google's Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
• Email support@eminex.ai if you want recordings of your visits deleted.

12. International compliance

The invite cookie, the consent record and the app's browser storage are strictly necessary to provide the Service you ask for. Website analytics cookies are optional: we ask for your consent before setting them, as the EU ePrivacy Directive and GDPR require, and you can withdraw it at any time. We do not sell information collected through cookies or browser storage, including under the CCPA.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service changes. The new version is posted here with a new date, and we will notify you of material changes.
